From SD#34. Excitement is in the air as we welcome staff, students and families back to school this week! Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding while labour negotiations were underway. The challenges during this time were felt by many and we are very happy that a negotiated settlement was reached between the BCTF and BCPSEA last week. In light of this, we want to extend a special welcome back to all our staff. We are so glad to have everyone back in schools!
Principals and staff all across the district have been working hard to ensure that schools are ready for our teachers and students to get back into classrooms to resume teaching and learning. We have so many great programs and innovative learning opportunities to engage our students. We are pleased to have students and staff back in schools, doing what they do best!
