Abbotsford Students Lead The Way In Regional Skills Competition

Students from six Abbotsford School District schools had a very productive day at the Upper Fraser Valley Regional SkillsCanada competitions, held Thursday (March 14) at the UFV Trades and Technology Centre.

Abbotsford students won 19 of the 29 medals awarded for secondary students with eight gold, seven silver, and four bronze medals. All gold medalists from this competition are now eligible to participate in the provincial Skills competition to be held April 17 at Tradex in Abbotsford.
