Submitted. On Friday, December 6, 2013 the Abbotsford Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence in central Abbotsford. It was believed that an individual at this location was in Possession of Images of Child Sexual Abuse (Child Pornography). 32 year old Andrew Douglas Felling was inside when police arrived. APD Major Crime Unit investigators were able to gather evidence that indicated that Felling had allegedly Sexually Interfered with a youth and he was arrested. That investigation and the investigation into possible charges related to the Possession, Distribution and Creation of Images of Child Sexual Abuse continued.
In early January 2014, the charges of Making/Publishing Child Pornography, Accessing Child Pornography, Distributing Child Pornography and Possessing Child Pornography were added to the Sexual Interference charge.
Abbotsford Police Department investigators are now asking for anyone with information about the investigation to come forward. In addition, Major Crime detectives want to determine if there are any other incidents that should be investigated.
