APD Arrests Shaymon Webb For Series Of Robberies

Yesterday, the Abbotsford Police Department arrested 32-year-old Shaymon Webb in relation to a series of robberies that took place in Abbotsford and Mission from 2009 to 2012. All three robberies took place during daytime hours and occurred at busy locations in both cities.

– July 9, 2009 Chances Gaming Centre, Mission
– March 7, 2012 Chances Gaming Centre, Mission
– June 12, 2012 Michael Hill Jewelers, Abbotsford

This arrest was the result of the relentless determination of the APD Major Crime Unit with tremendous assistance from the Mission RCMP.

Webb has now been charged with nine offences relating to these three incidents. The charges include robbery x 3, firearms related offences x 3 and using a mask/disguise in the commission of an offence x 3.
