Jeffrey Allan Goddard, age 23, is the subject of a Public Notification conducted by the Abbotsford Police Department.
Goddard is 175 cm tall (5’9”) and weighs 68 kilograms (150 lbs.). He has short brown hair and green eyes. Goddard has been known to wear glasses.
Goddard resides in the Abbotsford area. He has a criminal history of sexual offences against children, impersonating a peace officer and failure to comply with court conditions.
Goddard has previously used the telephone, internet, email, chat rooms, Facebook and other social media to lure young teens.
Goddard has targeted children between the ages of 12 and 16.
Court Ordered Conditions:
– No contact with anyone under the age of 16
– Not to attend any public park, school ground, daycare, swimming areas, playgrounds, skating rinks, community centers or recreational centers where persons under the age of 18 are present
– Not to utilize or possess any electronic device that can access the internet
– Not to establish or maintain any social networking site
– Not to possess weapons
