Art Of Marketing Speaker Series Presents Kristin Krimmel

Contemporary fine artist and educator Kristin Krimmel to present on completing artists’ documentation for museums and galleries as part of the Art of Marketing Speaker Series

Submitted. The Abbotsford Arts Council presents “Answering the Call: Completing artists’ documentation for museums and galleries,” the fifth of eight presentations in the 2014 Art of Marketing Speaker Series, sponsored by the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce. The session will be held at 6:30PM on September 18, 2014 at the Kariton Art Gallery and Boutique (2387 Ware Street, Abbotsford, BC). The featured speaker will be Kristin Krimmel, contemporary fine artist and educator, who will discuss how preparing photos, a list of works, biography, CV, and cover letter are essential to submitting a portfolio for inclusion in galleries and museums, and will give samples to help attendees prepare their own.

Kristin Krimmel is a practicing Canadian artist and educator with an exhibiting history spanning four decades. She taught at the Emily Carr College of Art and Design (now Emily Car University) for six years. She possesses a life interest in the creation of art and enjoys assisting artists to improve their skills through workshops. She has exhibited in Canada, France, Spain and the USA.
