The Abbotsford Cardinals have named their Senior and Junior Rosters for the 2014 season,

Prior to 1998 the Abbotsford Cardinals were part of the Abbotsford Minor Baseball Association. In 1999 Abbotsford Cardinals we know today were formed and joined the Island Premier Baseball League. In 2000 the league expaned from 12 to 13 teams and the league name was changed to the BCPBL (British Columbia Premier Baseball League).
From the days when Andy Rempel (1997-2000) patrolled the outfield the Cardinals have been developing players for the next level. To date the Cardinals have had 7 players drafted by the MLB and 40 Players go on to succesful college careers.
We are now coming full circle as General Manager and Sr Team Head Coach Corey Eckstien (2001-2003), and Shawn Besse Jr Head Coach take leadership roles in in the organizations.
