By Cascades Media. The UFV Cascades women’s volleyball team will travel to Capilano University, Vancouver this weekend as the second seed in the PACWEST provincial tournament.

Although the tournament runs Feb 20-22, the Cascades have a bye through Thursday’s quarter-finals and will play their first game at 1 pm on Friday, Feb 21.
Their opponent on Friday will be the winner of a quarter-final game between the third-seeded Capilano University Chargers and the sixth-seeded Douglas College Royals.
The Cascades women are last years PACWEST and CCAA champions, and will be looking to make another deep playoff run this season.
