Submitted. CIVL Radio 101.7 FM is proud to present its 2nd annual Battle of the Bands— Singer/Songwriter edition! Applications are now open to Fraser Valley singer/songwriters who will compete for industry prizes and more.
Three finalists will perform at an Abbotsford Heat Game and at their own Envision Financial Concert Series in the Park. The grand prize winner will showcase at the Abbotsford Arts Council Arty Awards.
Solo singer/songwriters of all genres from across the Fraser Valley are encouraged to apply for the opportunity to share the stage with fellow solo artists and to perform for fans and industry professionals.
Battles start Monday, March 17 and will continue for 4 weeks at Aftermath at the University of the Fraser Valley.
