CIVL Gets Fancy At The Reach Friday

Submitted. Join us for a celebration of the local music scene, featuring a wide selection of genres brought to you by 101.7 FM CIVL Radio and The Reach Gallery Museum Abbotsford on July 19th.

Dust off your dress pants and iron your shirts, it’s time to get formal! We will be wrapping up the end of CIVL Radio’s first annual fundraising drive, and getting fancy at The Reach Gallery Museum Abbotsford, Friday July 19. Join us for a night of cocktails, live local music and mingling! Tickets can be purchased at www.CIVL.ca/retail but are limited, so make sure to pick some up before they sell out!

Featuring internationally recognized New Wave Abbotsfordians, You Say Party! return to the stage for only the second time since their indefinite hiatus in 2010 following the death of drummer, Devon Clifford. They will be playing exclusively for CIVL Radio as this will be their only 2013 Abbotsford appearance.

Chosen for this year’s Peak Performance Project, Oh No! Yoko has toured Europe and Canada in the past year with the likes of Said The Whale, Teen Daze and Chains of Love.
In December 2012, Little Wild (formerly Rags to Radio) were invited down to Los Angeles to perform at the historic Whiskey-A-Go-Go, and in September were selected to perform at the 2012 POP Montreal Music Festival alongside acts like Goyte and Grimes.

Also showcasing multi-genre act The Parish Of Little Clifton, “Folk’n’Roll” 6 piece assortment The New Atlas, and rising talent, singer-songwriter Casey Ambrose.
