Submitted. Abbotsford—CIVL Radio 107.1 FM is getting ready to bring you our 2nd annual Battle of the Bands–Singer/Songwriter Edition!
Solo singer/songwriters of all genres from across the Fraser Valley are encouraged to
apply for the opportunity to share the stage with fellow solo artists and to perform for fans and industry professionals. Submissions close Friday, March 7.
Battles start Monday, March 17 and will continue for 4 weeks at Aftermath at the
University of the Fraser Valley.

We’re also looking for judges to help us choose 3 finalists. The lucky 3 will battle for one more night at the Abbotsford Heat game on April 11. The voting audience at the game will then choose the grand prize winner who will perform at the Abbotsford Arts Council’s Arty Awards on April 12, and receive industry prizes including 3 live videos from Tractorgrease Multimedia. The 3 finalists will also showcase at the Envision Financial Concert in the Park at Mill Lake.
