Submitted. This morning at 1:45 am a man and a woman were walking through a parking lot in the 2500 block of West Railway Street when they located the body of a deceased man. The woman believes that she had a brief conversation with this person in the area of South Fraser Way and Montvue Avenue a few hours earlier. He is described as a Caucasian male, 30-40 years of age. He is balding with light coloured, short shaved hair. He is approximately 6’3” tall with a medium build. He was wearing a white tank top, blue jeans, black leather belt, grey “boat” style shoes and a blue hoody was located close by. The man has a tattoo of a cross on his left shoulder and six characters/symbols on his right forearm (see photos).
