Disturbing Display Warning For Abbotsford Tuesday

Editor’s note: we were sent this release and felt it was disturbing enough to many people to warrant a warning. When you are out and about tomorrow, you may run into these people again.

After hitting the media with their graphic postcard campaign approximately one year ago, Valley Against Abortion will again be hitting the streets of Abbotsford, and the Fraser Valley, with graphic images. This time, the group will drive a retired ambulance with graphic signs 4 feet tall by 8 feet wide, which expose the reality of abortion.

“Injustice that is invisible inevitably becomes tolerable,” said Travis Neels, one of the Valley Against Abortion members. “This killing of children is tolerated by the Canadian public because it is invisible to them. So that abortion becomes unthinkable, we use our graphic projects to expose the fact that abortion is an act of violence that kills a baby.”

The group is based out of Chilliwack, but launches projects all over the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, exposing the reality of abortion and striving to make it intolerable.

“While there are no abortion clinics in Abbotsford, there are women in Abbotsford who have abortions; in fact, there are five places where abortions are performed in Vancouver, a short drive away,” noted Travis, “Abbotsford must be made aware of what abortion does, and we plan to accomplish that by driving our ambulance through the town.”
