“Ec-lec-tic”     A collaboration by 5 well established Local Artist

Submitted. A refreshing & enlightening exhibit that embraces culture, the humanities and the environment, featuring recent and new artwork by a diverse group of five established local artists.

Each piece exhibited is totally original; hand crafted and reflects the personality and emotions of their creator resulting in a truly ec-lec-tic collection.

Ross Paterson: Woodturning Art: Ross marries his knowledge of wood, woodturning  skills and imagination with the natural characteristics of the medium.  Most pieces turned are created from trees native to the North West.

Diane Davidson Bastien: Batik: The medium of Batik involves working with natural fiber fabrics, hot liquid paraffin wax and cold fabric dyes. Her inspiration and themes come from her knowledge, research & imagination.
