Through this program, Envision Financial has committed to raising at least $1 million for local food banks over the next 10 years. Notably, nearly $142,000 and more than 16,500 pounds of food has been raised and collected since the program’s inception in March 2013.

“We’re proud of the long history that Envision Financial and our employees have of supporting the local food banks in our communities,” says Susan Byrom, community investment manager at Envision Financial. “We’re excited to be partnering with Boston Pizza to continue to raise awareness and funds for these important community organizations. Over the past few years, we’ve seen the number of people using food banks in B.C. rise, so we’re happy to do our part to give back and help those in need.”

Members of the local community can also support The Full Cupboard program by donating non-perishable food items or making cash donations at their nearest Envision Financial branch. Cash donations of $20 or more are tax-deductible and can be made as one-time contributions, through regular, pre-authorized payments or online at http://www.foodbanksbc.com/get-involved/thefullcupboard.
