Get Creatively Messy At The Reach’s Summer Camps

Submitted. The Reach is back just in time for summer with three summer camps for 2014! “It’s going to be a total blast,” says Julie Epp, Cultural Programs Assistant for The Reach, who will be leading the camps this summer.

Campers who just can’t get enough art in the day will love our Art Cart Masterpieces camp, July 21 to July 25, where inspiration will come from the four incredible exhibitions on at The Reach from July 17, 2014 to September 7, 2014.

If your camper loves to experiment then The Art of Tinkering is the camp for them! From July 28 to August 01, campers will see how science, math, English, social studies and art all come together. This camp is all about play, so get ready to get a little messy.

There are so many great stories to tell from our community. The Reach is proud to host, History is Alive! , from August 11 to August 15, 2014. This camp is all about the funny, fantastic stories of when Abbotsford city was just a little village. Campers can see how great stories can make great art projects while learning along the way.

All camps run during their week from 9 am to 3pm. Ages for each camp are between 6 to 12 years old.
