Impact Parent Merge Group Starts Sept 24

From Brian Gross. It’s been a busy summer at Impact Substance Use Services, with collaborative programs running throughout the summer, professional and team development with our staff, and gearing up for new programs and projects in the new school year.

Impact will be holding a 7-Week Parent Merge Group for caregivers of substance using youth & young adults.

NOTE: The youth you may be concerned about do not need to be seeking services at Impact in order for you to attend this group (or for you to access other supports, such as

Tuesdays for 7 weeks
6:00-8:00 p.m. at Impact

The Matsqui Abbotsford IMPACT Society is a non-profit organization with major funding from the Fraser Health Authority and significant funding from the Province of British Columbia. Special activities and projects are also generously funded by numerous Abbotsford, Mission and Fraser Valley area service organizations, as well as through donations from corporate foundations and concerned individuals and businesses.

Our clinical staff members all hold certifications as addictions counsellors from accredited educational institutions, and they receive regular clinical supervision, as well as on-going professional development and training throughout the year.

The Society’s board of directors consists for professionals with diverse backgrounds and both personal and professional ties to the vision and mission of the IMPACT Society.
