Valentine’s Day

Our team has just put the finishing touches on our menus to be served on February 14th. We do have a few spaces available for both 7:30 and 5:00 seatings. A credit card number is required to confirm your reservation.

Early Seating

$55 per person

Appetisers:

Pastry wrapped fresh salmon filet “Wellington Style”
Sweet pea, watercress and lemon cream
or
Sauternes braised Quebec rabbit ravioli in browned sage butter sauce
Crispy shallots, toasted walnuts and bacon

Entrees:

Grilled Canadian veal chop with truffle, parmesan and mushroom crust
Whipped candied garlic mashed potatoes and roasted Campari tomato
or
Fine herb and garlic roasted giant tiger prawn in lobster and scampi bisque
Fennel and sweet potato gratin, caviar and crème fraiche

Late Seating

Amuse Bouche:

Fresh-shucked Gigamoto oyster with mignonette and a classic béarnaise baked Pacific oyster “Rockefeller Style”

Roasted half lobster salad with asparagus, tarragon butter and Champagne
Cannellini beans and sea salt and chives
or
Seared Fraser Valley Muscovy duck breast with Mission Figs
Mustard greens, sherry vinaigrette and golden beet carpaccio

Intermezzo:

Okanagan goat cheese, honey and thyme stuffed roasted Portobello mushroom
Aged balsamic and black pepper

Entrees:

Bacon wrapped beef tenderloin filet mignon with Maitre D’ Hotel butter
Aged cheddar and caramelized onion pinwheel potatoes, green asparagus

Seared Halibut filet and sweet Tanner crab duo
House rolled potato gnocchi with Parmesan cream sauce and sweet pea
