W.J. Mouat basketball stars Alicia and Cierra Roufousse were recently featured in the Vancouver Province newspaper in a feature written by Howard Tsumura.

[excerpt] The idea of sisters sharing the same room to sleep and study isn’t exactly out of the ordinary, but when each stands 6-foot-3, some rules are definitely in order.

“It’s almost like it’s divided,” laughs Alicia Roufosse of the quarters she shares in her Abbotsford home with twin sister Cierra. “There’s kind of like this imaginary line. This morning she told me ‘Your laundry basket is on my side of the room.’ She is the neater of the two.”

Pretty much identical to the untrained eye, and each adept at their own kind of laugh-a-second banter, they are as uniquely different in their personalities off the court as they are on it as the twin tower duo with the No. 4-ranked W.J. Mouat Hawks senior girls Triple A basketball team.
