We’re often struck by just how hard many community newspapers will try to steer clear of controversy. It can be done in several ways but usually involves avoiding reporting on stuff that’ll make powerful people mad at you.
The Abbotsford News seemed to adopt an entirely new strategy Tuesday by simply reporting on all the news that didn’t happen this week.
The New York Times uses the phrase,’All The News That’s Fit To Print’ on it’s masthead. We’re not sure what this image from the News‘ website should be called.
We thought of:
- No News Today
- No News Is Good News
- We’re Looking But We Just Can’t Find Anything
- Nothing Happening Here Folks, Keep Walking.
- Nothing Happened And No One Had Anything To Say About It
