Please provide me with the details of the decision to buy out the rest of
the 10 year contract with the Calgary Flames for $5.5 million. Do not
force me to go to an FOI as this is information that should be readily
available to the people of Abbotsford according to your own FOI policy and
Council’s assurances to the Ombudsperson that decisions are made in OPEN
meetings. Therefore, please provide me with the PUBLIC report on the AHL
Heat buyout and the PUBLIC meeting minutes that this report was debated
and passed.
