The Director of Development Planning will hold a Director Hearing at 3:00 pm, on Thursday, December 18, 2013, in Room 235, at Abbotsford City Hall, 32315 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, B.C., under the provisions of the Local Government Act, to consider the approval of the following Temporary Commercial Use permits.

At the Director Hearing, all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed Temporary Commercial Use permits will be afforded an opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the Temporary Commercial Use Permits that arethe subject of the Hearing.

The following is a synopsis of Temporary Commercial Use Permit No. 1883 and Temporary Commercial Use Permit No. 1884, and is not deemed to be an interpretation.

A copy of each of the proposed permits and relevant background documentation may be inspected in the Economic Development & Planning Services Department (2nd Floor), Abbotsford City Hall, 32315 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, B.C., anytime between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Statutory Holidays.
