Shannon Lee Is Ready To Take The Stage

Submitted. On August 10 from 8-10 PM the Envision Concert in the Park Series is proud to present Shannon Lee at Mill Lake Park (Kariton Art Gallery Stage, 2387 Ware Street) in Abbotsford.

Shannon Lee is a former Winnipeg girl who has made Langley, BC her home. Shannon is a multi-talented instrumentalist who has recorded two albums of original music, both have been well-received. The albums each had singles which received airplay in Europe, Australia and Canada. Shannon has been featured at the 2009 Merritt Mountain Music Festival and played the Mission Twilight Concert in the Park. Shannon and her band have also been regular performers for the Envision Coffee House Series in Abbotsford and at Langley’s “Arts Alive” Festival. Shannon’s music is light-rock and country, with a smattering of jazz. Her voice has been compared to Chrissy Hines of the Pretenders, Amanda Marshall and Diana Krall.
