Update submitted.This afternoon, 34 year old William Anton Butz was charged with four counts of Aggravated Assault.
The injured victims are continuing their recoveries. The 19 and 35 year old male victims and a 37 year old female victim have been discharged from hospital. An 18 year old female victim remains in hospital in stable and improving condition.

From July 26/2014. Submitted.Tonight at 8:40 pm, the Abbotsford Police Department received several 911 calls from the area of the 31400 block of Springhill Court, reporting a man with a knife stabbing people.
APD Patrol and ERT officers converged on the area. With the assistance of BC Ambulance and Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service, four injured adults were quickly transported to hospital with various and serious stabbing injuries. A suspect male in his 30’s was located and arrested by APD officers in a basement suite.
Abbotsford Police Department Major Crime Unit detectives and Forensic Identification Unit members have joined the investigation.
