Try Something New?

Chef Carl can help with this too! On January 15, join him for our first Sous Vide class.

“Sous vide” is French for “under vacuum” and refers to the process of vacuum-sealing food and cooking it in temperature controlled water bath.  Sous vide is unlike any kind of cooking you’ve done in the past. Where should you start? What should you cook first? This class is meant to give you the tools you’ll need along with some great recipes and techniques so you can sous vide like a pro. These are the dishes that will show you results beyond anything you’ve ever been able to achieve through more traditional cooking methods.  Bring all of your questions for Chef Carl, this is going to be awesome!

  • Roast Beef turned into a classic French Dip
  • Chicken Breast with a Crispy Skin and a Carrot Butter Sauce
  • Salmon with a Tomato and Red Pepper Relish
  • 63 Degree Egg turns into a killer Carbonara
  • And for dessert, a Sous Vide Chocolate Cake
