Come watch Yale Secondary’s 2013 Spring Play, Cash on Delivery; an exciting and rapid pace British comedy!
The story begins as you are transported to 344 Chilton Road, home of Con-artist Eric Swan, his wife Linda, and their lodger, Norman Basset. Realizing he has gone too far with his false insurance claims, Eric decides to kill off his imaginary recipients, but not soon enough, as DSS investigators begin to appear.
To outwit the officials, Eric traps Norman and his uncle into helping him, through which matters only get worse. Soon the house is crawling with drunk investigators, cheerful counsellors, cold undertakers, and terrifying inspectors, each with their own understanding of the situation.
Full of mix-ups and misunderstandings; widows and washing machines; cross-dressing and corpse chasing, the show is guaranteed to bring tears of laughter to your eyes!
