On the afternoon of Friday, August 16 the Abbotsford Police Department was contacted by the family of 21 year old David Scott Coughler who were concerned because they hadn’t seen him for several weeks. Coughler was last observed by his landlord on July 31 at his Blue Jay Street address. To this point, police have not been able to locate him through any of his regular contacts or via social media.
David Scott Coughler is 6’0” tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has short brown hair, blue eyes and occasionally wears glasses (see attached photo). There is a possibility he has grown some facial hair.
