The Abbotsford School Board has agreed to again be a partner at the 20th Annual Skills Canada Provincial Competitions, scheduled for April 9th at Tradex.
The district has a long involvement as both participant and supporter of the event, which sees the best high school and post-secondary students from around British Columbia competing in trades and career related competitions over the day.
A number of Abbotsford School District Career Programs students are involved each year.
The Board has joined with UFV as a co-sponsor of the Skills Canada BC Partner recognition luncheon in recent years.
Cost is $2,000.
