The 8th Annual Fraser Valley Chambers of Commerce Business Showcase will be held April 15, from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Ramada Plaza and Conference Centre.

You are invited to attend the Fraser Valley’s most inclusive networking event of the year!

Presented by the Fraser Valley Chambers of Commerce: Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Cloverdale, Langley, Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows, Mission, Surrey and South Surrey-White Rock.

How to Register?

1)  Click here to view a list of the available booths.

2)  Click here to view the floor plan.

3)  Use the previous steps to determine your 1st and 2nd booth choice. 

  • Booth # 51, 52, 53 and 54 are reserved for event sponsors.
  • Exhibitor booths and table tops include one chair and one 2′ x 6′ skirted table.
  • Exhibitor booths will have 8′ high drape back wall and 4′ high drape side walls.
  • Table tops will not have drape back or side walls.
  • If you would like to upgrade to a double booth, please find two available booths beside each other (maximum two booths).

4)  Click here to register for your booth.  
Members of other Chambers, please select “Not an Abbotsford Chamber Member” and enter your Chamber’s name in the comments field.  When prompted, register using the member rate.

  • Chamber Members: 6′ x 8′ Booths $199 + GST (Non-Members: $249 + GST) SOLD OUT!
  • Chamber Members: 6′ x 10′ Booths $249 + GST (Non-Members: $299 + GST)  SOLD OUT!
  • Chamber Members: 2′ x 6′ Table Tops $149 + GST (Non-Members: $199 + GST)  SOLD OUT!
  • You will have the option to:
    • Add power for $50
    • Add an additional 2′ x 6′ skirted table for $30
    • Enter your booth selection (no charge)
  • Move-in for the show is from 12:00pm to 2:30pm on event day and move-out is from 7:00pm to 9:00pm on event day.
