If you thought politics in Abbotsford has been sinking to new lows … wait for it. Municipal Election 2014 is just around the corner.
It’s summer break – a time during which all incumbents will be hoping you’ll forget things like the Chicken Manure Incident, the Standoff in Jubilee, the ACS Low Barrier Housing Refusal, the Abbotsford Heat Fiasco, the Failure of Plan A, your water rates (which are the highest in the Fraser Valley for no particular reason), your taxes ( ” ), the Mayor’s Task Force on Homelessness, the Mayor’s Task Force on the Economy, the state of the local economy – high unemployment, low wages, low housing starts, low building permits, stagnant housing market …
Believe it or not, the people who brought you the current mess are already ordering their lawns signs for the fall campaign.
Here’s one we’re looking forward to seeing and will support wholeheartedly. Your clients miss you Bruce. Throw your hat in the ring. You just might accidentally win your old job back.

“A” really needs to be openly described for what it is. It wasn’t JUST the Heat, at least the Heat brought in cash in an attempt to pay for itself. Sometimes I think that people have forgotten that it was a threesome. Heaven forbid this fact gets lost during the elections.
