From BCPBL. The Victoria Eagles are the 2013 BCPBL Champions. With the Eagles behind 2-1 in their final at bat, Vinny Martin hit a two run bases loaded single in the bottom of the 7th to end an exciting finale.
Congratulations to the Victoria Eagles organization for winning their first BCPBL championship in just their 4th season in the league!
The Eagles beat the Nanaimo Pirates in the final Sunday afternoon beating the Abbotsford Cardinals 4-1 in a heart-breaker for the hometown Cards.
This year the Cards were in the finals for the first time in the team’s history
