Habitat for Humanity Upper Fraser Valley is pleased to be able to offer Vendor Space rentals to our local business community at the upcoming Abbotsford Sprint Triathlon occurring at the Albert Dyck Memorial Park in Abbotsford on Sunday August 25th. These vendor space rentals will provide business with optimal brand marketing at a major public event in the Abbotsford area.
We have spent $40,000 on radio and newspaper advertising to ensure the Abbotsford Triathlon gets massive community exposure. Live media coverage will be on location, including three of Fraser Valley’s popular radio stations (Sonic92.5, Star98.3 & Country107.1) all broadcasting live.
The Sprint Triathlon will consist of a 750m swim, a 20km bike, and a 5km run. The triathlon is expected to start at 9:00am and finish around 12:00pm. Vendor spaces will be made available between the hours of 6:30am – 12:30pm!
For a minimum donation of $100 to Habitat for Humanity Upper Fraser Valley, businesses will be able to promote their products and services in a designated 10 foot x 10 foot open space located near the Finish Line of the triathlon! A detailed map with marked spaces will be posted online within the next week. To register for a Vendor Space, simply visit the Habitat ReStore located at Unit #12 – 34220 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC. The deadline for submissions is Friday August 12th.
Sponsorships are also still available for any business willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity and the Abbotsford Triathlon! Dependent upon the value of gifts, services or products being offered, deep discounts and/or promotional branding may be available! As Habitat for Humanity is a registered charity, tax receipts will be available for all donations of $100 or more.
Please take notice: ~ Businesses will not be allowed to sell food products of any kind at the event. Small, free samples may be handed out if desired.
~ This is a family friendly event, therefore products and services of an explicit nature will not be permitted on the premises, nor will alcohol or any illegal drugs or paraphernalia.
~ Vendors will be required to bring their own tables, tents, chairs, and all other accessories required to promote their products and displays. Rentals only include a designated 10’x10’ open space.
