The Abbotsford Police Department has launched the third poster in the Operation X series which is aimed at informing youth about the inherent risks involved with the use of street drugs. This poster, like all in the series, will be displayed on the walls of Abbotsford secondary schools and in other areas that teenagers frequent.
The release of this poster coincides with the release of the Punjabi version of the documentary film Operation X – The Straight Goods on “E”. It is hoped that the two versions of the powerful film, dedicated to the friends and families of Cheryl McCormack and Tyler Miller, will serve as an important reminder to youth.

Operation X Poster # 3 depicts the potential tragic outcome of street drug use. It challenges youth to “be the life of the party, not the death”. We think that this is an important message to be shared with young people in advance of Spring Break and before the graduation season is in full swing.
