A few images from the Canada Day celebrations from all over Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley have been collected on Today Media’s Facebook Page.
It was one of the nicest Canada Days in recent memory and record crowds turned out for official and unofficial celebrations, parades and private parties.
While nowhere near an exhaustive collection of photos we do have a small sampling of what some of us were doing to celebrate our national holiday.
Abbotsford’s theme was ‘Wild Wild West’ and people joined in by dressing for the occassion. From the Parade to the Exhibition Park festivities, to Rotary Stadium and the music to tonight’s fireworks, A fabulous day was had by all and organizers deserve a great deal of thanks.
We got a few shots of the celebrations in Chilliwack and Langley as where both cities shoed their pride and had fun all day long as well.
