Canuck Place Children’s Hospice Lights up for the Holiday Season
ABBOTSFORD, BC – DECEMBER 8, 2015 – On Wednesday, December 9, 2015, Canuck Place Children’s Hospice will ring in the holidays by welcoming over 150 guests to its second provincial location.
“The Lighting of the House is an annual holiday tradition that marks the beginning of the season at Canuck Place,” said Margaret McNeil, Canuck Place CEO. “We are excited to light up the lights that frame the hospice, as well as the lives of the over 600 children and families we serve all year around.”
The hospice lighting will feature a performance by the Four Real Quartet Choir, activities for children, as well as light holiday refreshments.

Canuck Place Children’s Hospice is British Columbia’s recognized pediatric palliative care provider. Over 600 newborns, children and teens with life-threatening illnesses and their families receive care from CPCH through outreach programs and two provincial hospice locations; Vancouver and Abbotsford.
