2013 CCTV Storm and Sanitary Sewer
Pipeline Inspections
The City of Abbotsford awarded the 2013 CCTV Storm and Sanitary Sewer Pipeline Inspections contract to Dougness Holdings Ltd. The majority of the inspections will be conducted in the northeast quadrant of the City.
The inspections along public roads and utility easements will begin in May and continue through to December 2013. To ensure safety of the public and the crew during this time, we ask that motorists use caution in these areas and follow the direction of traffic signage and fl agging personnel.
Access may be required to easements through private property. Property owners will be personally contacted to arrange access.

2014 Council Meeting Schedule
At the July 22, 2013 Regular Meeting of Council, Council approved the 2014 Council Meeting Schedule. Council
Meetings are generally scheduled to take place bi-weekly; and will be held as follows:
• Executive Committee Meetings will be held at 3:00 pm;
• Public Hearings will be held at 7:00 pm for the first meeting scheduled in a month, with the Regular
Council Meeting immediately following. Further Public Hearings may be added to any meeting of Council based on need; and
• Regular Council Meetings will be held at 7:00 pm for the first meeting scheduled in a month.
