Submitted. The Abbotsford Police Department has arrested 36 year old Anton Ellis Foulds in relation to the serious attack on a 17 year old girl that took place on February 5. Foulds was part of a Public Notification issued by the APD on April 26, 2012. He is charged with Sexual Assault and Robbery.
We appreciate all of the assistance that was provided to our investigation by concerned citizens, witnesses and the media.

From earlier. On Tuesday, February 5 at 8:00 am a 17 year old girl was walking in the 33500 block of South Fraser Way when she was approached by a man. The man directed her to a treed area adjacent to an apartment complex. Once at that location, the man assaulted and attempted to rob the teenage girl.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, late 30’s to early 40’s, 5’8”, 170 pounds with a scruffy beard and blonde hair. He was wearing a red t-shirt with an emblem on the front, black toque, baggy light coloured jeans, and initially a black fleece zip jacket with a red nylon jacket on top. The man left walking eastbound on Essendene Avenue into the downtown area of Abbotsford. At that time he was observed to be wearing a black jacket.
