UFV Fashion Design offers a comprehensive curriculum that promotes creativity, marketing and technology.
Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree
The BFA offers a minor/ extended minor in Fashion, where students can combine a primary focus in fashion with other fine arts and communications skills to diversify their career opportunities. Pursue a secondary field of study such as:

Graphic and Digital Design
Media and Communications
Visual Arts
Creative Writing

Two-Year Diploma
UFV Fashion Design two-year diploma is not accepting applications for September 2015. The program is currently undergoing a review.
Current Fashion Design students are not affected. The Fashion Design department will continue to offer every course they need to earn their diploma.
Fashion design courses will also be available as electives to students interested in learning more about the world of fashion and wishing to learn marketable skills to diversify their employment opportunities.
Extended Studies Certificates
Students who complete a Fashion Design diploma have the option to beef up their skills in textiles or marketing by taking an Extended Studies certificate in Fashion Design.
UFV Fashion Show 2015
Once a year, the UFV Fashion Design department stages a show to feature our graduates’ fashion collections. This is an incredible opportunity to see the creative handiwork of talented young people, who have worked hard to build the portfolio they will use to launch their career in this exciting field.
