Submitted. On Tuesday, February 25 at 9:10 am the Abbotsford Police Department were contacted in relation to a possible sighting of 24 year old Jeffrey Goddard. The witness indicated that Goddard was walking on Old Clayburn Road near Immel Street. The APD conducted extensive patrols of the area but did not locate Goddard.
Despite the fact that this was only a possible sighting, Jeffrey Goddard has been a concern to the Abbotsford Police Department for the last several years. He was convicted of Invitation to Sexual Touching in 2011. Goddard has also been the subject of previous APD Public Notifications. Currently, he is wanted for Fraud, Use of a Forged Document and Personation in relation to a Surrey RCMP investigation from November 2013.
Goddard is still subject to court ordered conditions that forbid him from utilizing electronic devices capable of accessing the internet and from being in the presence of persons under the age of 18 or in places persons under the age of 18 might reasonably be expected to be present (public parks, schools, recreation centers, playground, pools and rinks). GODDARD is supposed to be residing in Surrey.
The Abbotsford Police Department is appealing to the public to assist with locating this wanted man. Goddard is 5’09” tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes and wears glasses (see photo).
