This September r62 rolls into the double digits. 10 years in business. We are proud to be part of this community – for our role in supporting agriculture and food security. The restaurant 62 dinner experience will be briefly unavailable from August 19th – August 28th. This operational interruption is part of our ongoing commitment and cooperation with the BC Liquor regulations. A recent notification informed us we mistakenly served spirits in a manner which was non-compliant. We take great efforts to maintain exceptionally high standards of compliance and adherence to serving requirements, and such an inadvertent action is decidedly not inline with our culture and values. Our establishment is proud of our exceptional reputation, community character, integrity and attention to detail. As such, we’re fully accepting the Liquor board’s subsequent request for a brief and temporary suspension of service, and we look forward to resuming full operations on August 29th. During this period we will be open for lunch service (food service only) Monday-Friday.
New Menus on the Horizon
Our 10 day dinner closure will not be a time of rest for the r62 team. As you can imagine, we have fresh new ideas for our food and beverage menus to wow you with when we resume operations. So far it has been an amazing growing summer and we are looking forward to showcasing the bounty of the Fraser Valley harvest.
