Submitted. Just in time for Small Business Week, October 17-22, Prospera has partnered with MNP Partners to offer a series of free educational webinars for business owners. We know that running a business can be complicated and financial matters don’t come naturally to many business owners, so these webinars will give the time out you need to learn practical tools to help your business thrive.
This series of webinars provides business owners a valuable resource as the webinar topics address common pain points for small businesses and include helpful information and practical tools. “Planning for Business Well-Being” covers financial planning techniques for small business owners. “Managing Priorities and Stress” provides practical tools to manage time and keep everything under control.
“Small Business Week is our chance to celebrate the courage, hard work and entrepreneurial spirit of small business owners,” says Shawn Good, President and CEO of Prospera Credit Union. “In BC, small businesses represent about 98% of all businesses. This is truly a time to recognize the contributions that entrepreneurs and small business owners make towards our local communities. 2016 marks the 10th anniversary of Small Business Month in BC.”
The next webinar is October 20 at 8:00 am and businesses can register for the webinars via www.prospera.ca/Business/Events/.
