That’s right, the Fraser Valley Food show happening once again at the Abbotsford Tradex this weekend from Friday October 4 to Sunday October 6.
Three days of epicurean delight.

The Bite of The Valley restaurant pavilion features chefs of favorite restaurants from in and around the Valley serving up appetizer portions of their signature recipes. For a nominal charge ($1 – $4.00 inc. GST) per item visitors will be able to savor the flavors of numerous eateries.
Over 100 exhibitors will also be on hand to demonstrate their wares.
A wide variety of locally grown and produced specialty items will be on display.
The Grapes and Hops stage will feature not only local and regional wine and beer experts but our resident wine expert Kathleen Rake will be on hand once again to guide you through the wine tasting and discernment experience.
One brand new feature is the Gluten Free Living Show
This Show-Within-The-Show is the Fraser Valley Food Show’s newest feature area showcasing the huge emerging Gluten-Free product lines from producers and manufacturers both small/artisan and large manufacturers.
The theme? How to have a gluten-free Thanksgiving.
The Celebrity Cooking Stage will feature executive chefs and presenters from across the province.
And the food Fights?
Well …
The eleventh annual Master Chef Competition (Iron Chef style) is also here. Come and watch 17 chefs from British Columbia as they compete for the title of Master Chef in a head-to-head heated competition.
Tickets are priced at $9 for adults, $7 for Seniors, $5 for Youth 13-16 and children 12 and under are free.
