Abbotsford Economic Summit Held Tuesday

Abbotsford’s 2nd Economic Summit was held Tuesday bringing attendees together to discuss and learn about economic opportunities and challenges for small- and medium-sized business in BC’s Fraser Valley.

The summit, which was organized by Justin P. Goodrich, Managing Partner of Giesbrecht, Goodrich & Co., and drew on the participation of Fraser Valley communities including the Township of Langley, the City of Langley, the District of Mission and the City of Chilliwack.

Veteran retired broadcaster Bill Good hosted the day’s activities which included speeches from Abbotsford MP Ed Fast, president and CEO of Kinder Morgan Ian Anderson, President and Vice Chancellor of UFV Dr. Mark Evered as well as motivational speaker Alvin Law.
