Love It or List It Vancouver Currently Accepting Applications for Season Three of Hit W Network TV Series.
Jillian Harris and Todd Talbot get set to persuade a new season of families to rekindle the love for their existing home – or to list it!
Submitted. Design expert Jillian Harris and West Coast realtor Todd Talbot return to W Network this month with new episodes of the ever-popular TV series, Love It or List It Vancouver. Now the hit show is preparing to film its third season and is seeking applications from Lower Mainland homeowners for the unprecedented opportunity to appear on the show. Successful applicants will welcome the charismatic co-hosts into their homes to convince them to either reignite the ‘love’ for their humble abode, following a show-stopping renovation, or tempt them to ‘list’ their property, moving on to a spectacular new address.
Dysfunctional layouts, outdated kitchens and bathrooms, and unfinished basements are just a few of the challenges homeowners face when they turn to Love It or List It Vancouver. These all too familiar issues frequently surface as families move through different life stages – including the birth of a new baby, teenagers in the home, empty nesters, and more.
In order to be considered for Love It or List It Vancouver applicants must be comprised of a twosome, which can include married/partnered couples, parents/children and grandchildren, siblings, or friends. Selected homeowners must be financially and logistically prepared to endure a major renovation project lasting roughly four to five weeks.
Applications are currently being accepted on a first come, first served basis with a final deadline of February 28, 2015. Preference will be given to prospective homeowners in communities located within a one-hour driving distance from Vancouver, including North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, and Surrey.
