Directed by Dudley Cox, this is the hilarious yet poignant tale of a southern family who have to come to grips with the sudden death of their patriarch, Bud Turpin. Remembered fondly by some and not-so-fondly by others, Bud leaves behind a family wrestling with guilt, anger, turmoil and dissatisfaction.
