We also feature a selection of hands-on classes which take advantage of our new upgraded class kitchen. Be sure to look in the upper left hand corner of all class listings for the helpful Demo Class or Hands-On Class icons. There’s something for everyone!

On October 4th, Chef Romy will guide you through the proper techniques of knife use, choosing the right knife for the right job, and learning the basics on sharpening, maintenance, care and storage.
Students receive a Victorinox Chef’s Knife and an Epicurean Cutting Board for use in class and at home!
On October 15th, pub food gets a little more interesting! Join Chef Carl and learn great recipes to whip out all winter! From panko crusted snapper with Belgian wheat ale beer salt to peanut butter beer bacon burgers, you will not be disappointed.
