Frank David Takes Stage In Week Two Of Envision Coffee House Concert Series

By May 28, 2013Arts/Culture

Submitted. Next Saturday evening from 8-10 PM, the Envision Coffee House Concert Series is proud to present Frank David at the Wired Monk on McCallum Road in Abbotsford.

Singing the songs of Sinatra and other jazz standard greats, Frank David is an Abbotsford based vocalist who regularly appears at various local venues and Vancouver night clubs.

As a young boy, Frank began singing traditional Italian songs for family and friends and was soon wowing audiences with his innate ability to sing complicated tenor arias. Upon moving to Vancouver in 1995, Frank David decided to obtain vocal coaching from an established opera voice coach.

The study of voice and breath control continued through to the present day. As a result of pursuing the ever-pressing urge to improve his vocal ability, Frank has performed and studied with the very best in Toronto, the US and Europe.

In 2006, Frank David began learning the wonderful songs and arrangements of Frank Sinatra, and has since added over 100 Sinatra classic songs to his repertoire of hundreds of songs that include opera, cross-over, world and pop. Frank’s powerful 3 octave range and velvety smooth vocals make for a truly memorable and entertaining evening.
