Spend this Halloween weekend giving back to your local trails. The Fraser Valley Mountain Bike Association is hosting a “Shovel and Shred” on Vedder Mountain.
Join our charismatic group as we complete some trail work in morning, followed by a free BBQ lunch for FVMBA members. Then join us for a group ride on Vedder to ride some recently buffed trail, costumes are optional for the ride.
here will be a bike check at the bottom, please bring a lock for your bike.
Location: Mountain bike parking on Parmenter Rd
Date & Time: Sunday October 27, 2013 at 9:00 am sharp (RAIN or SHINE)
What to Bring: clothing appropriate for the weather, trail building tools (shovels, rakes puluskis, Mcleods etc.), some cash for a FVMBA membership or for the BBQ (free for FVMBA members).
