Mariners Seeking Office Manager / Program Director

Magnuson Ford Mariners FC has an opportunity for a highly organized and self-motivated individual. This position requires a courteous customer service driven individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Greeting office visitors
• Answering telephone and directing to appropriate department
• Assisting families with registration of children into various programs
• Understand and be able to explain program details to parent and player
• Responding to the needs of the families/volunteers in a timely manner
• Ability to interact effectively and confidently at all levels within the organization and with external contacts
• Processing invoices/filing
• Booking facilities
• Issuing/tracking equipment

• Excellent communications skills in English, both verbal and written
• Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Very good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, and multitask
• High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Quickbooks, and willing to learn new PC based software program used daily in office
• Minimum 5 years’ secretarial/administrative experience
• Social Media experienced (preferred but not required)
