Fresh baked scones with house made preserves for the table

Duck confit and Italian sausage cassoulet
Poached egg, cranberries, roasted potatoes and shaved aged cheddar
Or
Grilled beef flat iron steak with bacon balsamic jam
Poached eggs, shitake and herb potato rosti with organic greens
Or
West Coast Halibut fillet with crab and tarragon hollandaise
Roasted potatoes and poached eggs
Or
Ricotta and lemon pancakes with Abbotsford berries
Slow roasted Fraser Valley ham
Kid’s selection:
Whipped cheddar omelet with bacon and buttered toast
Dessert:
R62 chocolate dipped, Boston cream eclairs with fresh berries
$35 per person, $15 for kid’s selection
